My team tapped into the competitive drama of sports to demonstrate the competitive advantage of AWS machine learning and AI.
I also led subscription acquisition creative at Amazon Music across 15 countries, driving a 4x jump in creative ROI while building copy and design systems that worked across multiple tiers (HD, Podcasts, Live, Student) and maintained brand consistency at scale.
Currently at ServiceNow, I lead global brand creative—sharing stories of how customers put AI to work for their people using the ServiceNow platform. Some of that work hit the Knowledge keynote stage alongside our CEO, Bill McDermott.
